About the role
- Responsible for laboratory activities and team management (13 team members)
- Ensures product compliance
- Team management (recruitment, performance reviews, meeting facilitation)
- Management of the laboratory service budget
- Follow-up and implementation of actions resulting from audit findings and standards/regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Several years of experience as a laboratory technician in the food industry
- Experience in team leadership
- Knowledge of analytical methods (physicochemical / bacteriological)
- Proficient with IT tools (email, office software)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
