About the role
- Ensuring the legal protection of Marketing and R&D projects
- Conducting trademark-related research (litigation research, clearance/prior-rights searches, etc.)
- Reviewing and approving brand visuals and communications (advertising, digital, etc.)
- Assisting with the management of the IP rights portfolio
- Drafting various agreements related to the protection of the Group’s marketing intangible assets
- Enforcing and defending IP rights
- Supporting the management of disputes in coordination with our external counsel
Requirements
- Gap-year or final-year student holding or pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Intellectual Property Law
- Strong spoken and written English
- At least 6 months’ experience in intellectual property, either in-house or at a law firm/IP practice
- Meticulous with strong prioritization skills
- Curious and proactive
