Requirements
- Master's degree or engineering degree in food science/food engineering
- PhD in food technology
- Proven experience in cheese or dairy technology
- Protein physicochemistry
- Characterization techniques such as food rheology, light scattering, and microscopy
- Knowledge of sensory analysis and microbiological quality
