About the role

  • Support recruitment, development, retention of talent, and internal communication processes within the organization
  • Assist in drafting and publishing job postings on ANEM and on various recruitment websites and with recruitment agencies
  • Manage sourcing, pre-screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure successful integration
  • Identify high-potential employees and monitor internal development pathways
  • Develop the annual training scoping document in alignment with group/subsidiary/unit priorities
  • Contribute to the development of the subsidiary’s internal communication policy

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a business school degree with an HR specialization
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Training facilitation skills (experience as an internal trainer is a plus)
  • Mastery of the training cycle (needs analysis, instructional design, ROI evaluation)
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital HR tools (HRIS, e-learning, LMS, HR analytics)
  • Strong understanding of skills management and vocational training
  • Fluent in Arabic and French; good command of English
