About the role

  • You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
  • You assist with scheduling, preparing and coordinating customer appointments (online & by phone)
  • You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
  • You ensure smooth back-office operations — from CRM maintenance to proposal generation
  • You provide organizational support for our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
  • You work closely with management, support and the product team

Requirements

  • Initial experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
  • You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems like HubSpot)
  • Friendly, structured and reliable working style
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • No technical expertise required — we provide thorough onboarding
  • Optional: experience in the automotive sector or software environment
