About the role
- You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
- You assist with scheduling, preparing and coordinating customer appointments (online & by phone)
- You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
- You ensure smooth back-office operations — from CRM maintenance to proposal generation
- You provide organizational support for our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
- You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
- Initial experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
- You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems like HubSpot)
- Friendly, structured and reliable working style
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No technical expertise required — we provide thorough onboarding
- Optional: experience in the automotive sector or software environment
