About the role
- Own the product vision, structure the decision workflows that power Sage ©
- Define the long-term product vision for Sage © alongside the Begin ecosystem
- Translate company North Star into a clear, sequenced product roadmap
- Lead product design for AI-driven experiences
- Build systems that improve with longitudinal usage and deepen personalization
- Shape the evolution of our Dynamic Learning Profile
- Define and measure impact across: Parent confidence, Child developmental progress, Retention & lifetime value
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional product team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product leadership roles, including experience owning full P&L impact
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled consumer products
- Experience building freemium subscription-based or membership products
- Strong analytical orientation — able to connect product decisions to retention, LTV, and margin
- Proven ability to recruit and lead senior product managers and designers
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-evolving environments
- Strong written and verbal communicator capable of influencing executive stakeholders.
