About the role

  • Own the product vision, structure the decision workflows that power Sage ©
  • Define the long-term product vision for Sage © alongside the Begin ecosystem
  • Translate company North Star into a clear, sequenced product roadmap
  • Lead product design for AI-driven experiences
  • Build systems that improve with longitudinal usage and deepen personalization
  • Shape the evolution of our Dynamic Learning Profile
  • Define and measure impact across: Parent confidence, Child developmental progress, Retention & lifetime value
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional product team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product leadership roles, including experience owning full P&L impact
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled consumer products
  • Experience building freemium subscription-based or membership products
  • Strong analytical orientation — able to connect product decisions to retention, LTV, and margin
  • Proven ability to recruit and lead senior product managers and designers
  • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-evolving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communicator capable of influencing executive stakeholders.
