About the role

  • Drive overall quality strategy and execution
  • Shape scalable testing frameworks and strengthen automation maturity
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers and elevate quality standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and DevOps to embed quality
  • Ensure releases meet benchmarks of reliability, security, and scalability
  • Define and track key KPIs and quality metrics
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of QA experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role(mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of agile software development, DevOps tools, and ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Proven experience in managing QA for cloud platforms and enterprise-scale applications.
  • Having experience in process implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in life sciences or healthcare software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Beghou platforms: Mainsail™, Meridian™, ARMADA™.
  • Certifications: ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
