About the role

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design and deliver high-quality client deliverables
  • Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines
  • Assume responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
  • Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Independently manage projects, client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines
  • Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary for data handling and reporting
  • Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, overseeing professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of experience in data science
  • Demonstrated success executing data & analytics engagements in life sciences or healthcare
  • Preferred expertise in drug commercialization analytics (sales force analytics, omnichannel, attribution modeling)
  • AI/ML experience required; Gen AI experience a plus
  • Strong hands-on expertise in analytics and visualization tools (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including deploying and managing cloud-based solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel
  • Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions (Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational, time management, and project management skills; ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in pharmaceutical data analytics
