About the role
- Provide technical support to employees in India Offices and other locations.
- Track all incidents to completion.
- Build new PC’s and train employees on connectivity software in a Windows environment.
- Assist with infrastructure maintenance and enhancements as skills permit.
- Support and maintenance of virtual environment, tiered storage, and backup infrastructure.
Requirements
- Associates/bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows security/administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Candidate must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification preferred.
