Provide courteous and empathetic service to travel agents, offering competitive deals using airline portals, GDSs and company tools (maisFLY, Flyguru and others), mediating with airlines and completing services and sales for travel agencies (international).
Negotiate fares to prevent losing sales to websites or direct competitors.
Finalize reservations using the systems provided by the company, and request services (seat assignments, meals, special services, etc.).
Create and monitor flight reservations, applying procedures, guidelines and best practices to ensure profitability, cost reduction and growth in air ticket sales.
Be familiar with the maisFLY sales portal and the internal Wiki to consult and monitor airline policies and conditions, aiming for efficiency and accuracy in the sales process and optimizing response time.
Requirements
Experience with GDSs: Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo
Familiarity with airline portals: GOL, LATAM and AZUL
Higher education (can be incomplete)
Intermediate English or Spanish
