Engineer

• Support BeeX’s international deployment efforts in the UK offshore wind and EU Offshore Energy and Defense sectors
• Frequent interactions with clients and internal stakeholders such as operations, business, engineering, and management teams
• Directly report to the Chief Technology Officer
• Scope and coordinate field operations, advising on deployment strategy, and support execution of OWF-related projects in the UK
• Provide project planning input for HAUV missions, support technical and logistical discussions with offshore wind developers, and contribute to commercial proposals and market entry strategies in the region
• Plan thoroughly and liaise with customers on requirements, conduct risk assessments, develop project plans, and coordinate projects
• Supervise project progress, ensuring milestones are met, liaise with internal stakeholders, and report regularly to clients on project progress
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations after operational deployment is complete
• Update and maintain track records on operational requirements and project documentation

• Ensure that BeeX gets the best pipeline of hires.
• Lead key initiatives and activities focused on company branding to prospective hires.
• Organise and manage hiring-related events such as career fairs, showcases, talks.
• Engage with prospective hires; from hire to onboarding/documentation, including job postings and scheduling interviews and references.
• Build relationships with our talent pipeline partners e.g. universities, government support/grant agencies.
• Social media engagement and brand building.

• Create compelling content (case studies, technical, graphics, videos) that educates and engages target audiences across channels such as company website and LinkedIn
• Assist with developing and implementing inbound marketing strategies to generate leads and drive brand awareness
• Support client engagement work by assisting with outreach and communication efforts
• Assist with other marketing activities as needed
• Frequent interactions with BeeX Business/Operations team
• Directly report to the Marketing and Brand Manager
