About the role

Involved in the entire product development lifecycle: design, implement and deliver features from backend to frontend
Develop end-to-end fullstack features across front-end (Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript) and backend (Java, Python)
Collaborate with product managers, designers, DevOps and cross-functional teams to build customer-centric solutions
Ensure reliability and scalability: write clean, efficient, and scalable code meeting performance, security and reliability standards
Drive best practices: conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, champion testing, documentation and maintainability
Optimize system performance: profile and troubleshoot performance issues under increasing load
Maintain and evolve architecture: contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions
Take ownership: participate in on-call rotations and assume operational responsibility for services developed

5+ Years of Software Engineering Experience: demonstrated expertise in both backend and frontend development for modern, cloud-based applications
Fullstack proficiency: strong skills in Java or Python
Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or React)
Cloud & Containerization: experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
Quality focus: passionate about code quality, testing, and continuous refactoring
Excellent communication: proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
Mentorship & Leadership: willingness to guide junior engineers and drive technical initiatives
Operational responsibility: ability to participate in on-call rotations
Bonus (nice-to-have): Exposure to AI/ML, prompt engineering or LLM integration
Bonus (nice-to-have): Knowledge of PLG frameworks or tools (Mixpanel, Pendo, Hotjar)
