About the role
- Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives across the organization
- Manage cross-functional projects tied to growth, operational improvement, and performance tracking
- Track initiative progress and KPIs, maintaining dashboards and regular leadership updates
- Partner with senior leaders to coordinate priorities and ensure follow-through
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and timelines
- Prepare executive-facing materials including initiative updates, presentations, and planning documents
- Help establish operating rhythms such as quarterly planning, initiative reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives and work with teams to resolve them
- Support process improvement and documentation efforts as the organization scales
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects related to expansion, partnerships, or organizational needs
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or related roles
- Experience managing strategic initiatives, PMO-style work, or executive-level projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and managing performance reporting
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing materials
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Proficiency with modern productivity and project management tools (Microsoft O365, Google Suite, Monday.com, Miro, or similar)
