About the role
- Management and organization of the entire spa area, including staff leadership and development
- Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of spa programs and treatments
- Ensuring first-class customer service and high guest satisfaction
- Budget planning and monitoring, cost control, and increasing revenue in the spa area
- Ensuring compliance with all hygiene standards and legal regulations
- Training and motivating the spa team
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure holistic guest wellbeing
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the spa offering
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in wellness, spa management or hotel management
- Several years of professional experience managing a spa or wellness area, ideally in an upscale resort
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team development
- Strong customer orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for wellness, health and sustainable relaxation
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
