Lead Project Delivery: Guide complex initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Support Agile Delivery Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams operating in Scrum or Kanban environments to ensure work is prioritized, organized, and progressing smoothly.
Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with product, technology, operations, and vendor teams to manage dependencies and keep delivery efforts aligned.
Maintain Project Visibility: Track and communicate project progress through dashboards, reporting tools, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency across initiatives.
Manage Project Plans and Resources: Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and deliverables to support successful project outcomes.
Oversee Project Financials: Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices while ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with project expectations.
Remove Delivery Obstacles: Identify risks, resolve issues, and clear impediments that may impact project progress or team productivity.
Support Governance and Compliance: Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and reporting align with PMO standards and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate Implementation Activities: Coordinate release planning, go-live preparation, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, collaboration, and project outcomes across teams.
Take on Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related discipline required, or equivalent work or educational experience
Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex enterprise initiatives in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) with experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project delivery and workflows.
Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Advanced degree preferred.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
