Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
10+ years of leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 40%, mainly to headquarters in Tukwila, as well as, to conferences and events as needed.
Seattle based candidates preferred.
Industry experience in digital banking, fintech, or retail financial services.
Proven success in leading agile digital transformations within a digital and/or retail banking environment.
Expertise in cloud banking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud native architectures.
Strong understanding of mobile technologies, APIs, AI/ML applications, and digital UX/UI.
Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and driving change at scale.
Advanced degree.
Visionary leader with a passion for customer centric innovation.
Skilled in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and digital product management.
