Performance Marketing

• Build and maintain a reporting framework to measure marketing and sales KPIs.
• Implement dashboards for real-time insights (HubSpot) for management and teams.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, funnel efficiency, and the customer journey.
• Own the optimization of the existing HubSpot CRM as the central hub for all marketing processes and data.
• Manage and monitor the success of paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPIs and derive action plans.
