About the role
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.).
- Engage with inbound leads and cold prospects to qualify them based on company fit, budget, need, and decision-making authority.
- Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest in our products/services.
- Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and document all sales activities.
- Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Continuously learn about the companys products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Provide regular updates on progress, lead status, and key metrics to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and pitch solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
