Payroll

• Import, verify and integrate payroll variables directly into SAP HCM.
• Manage payroll end-to-end: preparation, validation, payslips and final approval.
• Handle DSN (monthly, event-driven, annual) submissions.
• Manage absences, statutory sick pay (IJSS), sick leave, work accidents/occupational diseases (AT/MP), and benefits in kind.
• Ensure legal and collective agreement compliance.
• Participate in SAP HCM testing and upgrades with the dedicated team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes.
