Import, verify and integrate payroll variables directly into SAP HCM.
Manage payroll end-to-end: preparation, validation, payslips and final approval.
Handle DSN (monthly, event-driven, annual) submissions.
Manage absences, statutory sick pay (IJSS), sick leave, work accidents/occupational diseases (AT/MP), and benefits in kind.
Ensure legal and collective agreement compliance.
Participate in SAP HCM testing and upgrades with the dedicated team.
Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience, ideally in a payroll firm or a multi-company environment.
Meticulous, curious and attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working with teams and payroll stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP HCM and Excel.
