• Manage productions for multiple clients—from social content to large-scale campaigns—ensuring on-brand, high-quality delivery
• Plan, budget, and coordinate all project communications with creators, clients, and key stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle
• Serve as primary client contact during production, maintaining proactive communication from kickoff through delivery
• Align internal teams (filmmakers, creative leads, producers) on production goals, timelines, and expectations
• Maintain clear, regular communication with internal stakeholders across the BD team
• Coordinate with external vendors, production partners, and freelance teams globally to ensure seamless execution across diverse markets
• Troubleshoot production challenges in real time—navigating cancellations, creative pivots, client requests, and resource constraints
• Support post-production by tracking deliverables, timelines, budgets, and project completion
