About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the cohort calendar from intake through delivery, coordinating sessions, venues, trainers, mentors, creators and production support
  • Maintain a clear view of delivery, priorities, dependencies and operational issues across the Academy
  • Own the day-to-day relationship, working closely with the Executive Producer to turn commitments into delivery
  • Track the operating budget weekly, manage variance and close each cohort with a documented cost outcome
  • Identify risks early and provide solutions, options and recommendations
  • Coordinate producers, trainers, mentors and creators around ownership and deadlines
  • Source, manage and negotiate with venues, transport, catering, equipment providers, trainers and other local partners
  • Build the staffing model and forecast capacity two quarters ahead
  • Create review and approval rhythms across post-production to ensure quality and client readiness
  • Build local supplier, facilities and ground-support infrastructure for the wider Beautiful Destinations team in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years owning recurring operations where people, places, schedules, suppliers and deadlines all have to come together, whether that's a training program, event series, venue, studio or production operation
  • Experience building and managing operating budgets, understanding variances, identifying savings and addressing overspending
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing external partners while balancing quality, reliability and cost
  • Experience building staffing and capacity plans used for operational decision-making
  • Experience working with government, enterprise or similarly complex clients where detail, communication and delivery matter
  • GCC experience would be a strong advantage
  • Day-to-day use of AI to plan, analyse, communicate, solve problems or remove repetitive work
