About the role
- Your focus will be clearly on B2B sales and strategic customer work:
- Sales presentations & pitch materials: Create and refine compelling presentations and sales decks for B2B client conversations — structured, data-driven, and to the point
- Key Account Management: Manage and strategically grow existing customer relationships; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- B2B pipeline development: Identify, outreach to, and qualify potential corporate partners and customers
- Strategic analyses: Conduct market, competitor, and customer analyses to inform the sales strategy
- Support for the founders: Assist with client meetings, negotiations, and the further development of our go-to-market approach
- Process optimization: Review and optimize existing sales and account-management processes
- Reporting: Contribute to our KPI- and data-driven management system; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
Requirements
- Experience at a management consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4, strategy consulting, or equivalent) — you bring the analytical and structured thinking typical of that background
- Fluent in German and very good command of English
- Strong ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively — whether in a deck or in conversation
- You are a doer: able to develop high-level strategies and ready to implement them operationally
- Nice-to-have: Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Affinity for fintech, financial products, or SaaS
- Experience in a startup environment
- Personal qualities: independent working style with an eye for detail without getting lost in it
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-changing environment
- Growth mindset and openness to new responsibilities
