Full-stack Engineer

• As an Engineering Lead, you will take technical responsibility for complex software projects in an enterprise environment.
• You will work closely with Product, Design, our founders, and our customers, supporting projects from technical conception through successful delivery.
• Among other things, you will: assume technical responsibility for demanding customer projects and deliver them successfully together with customers, Product and Engineering.
• Prepare and lead technical workshops with customers and partners.
• Work through architecture, security, compliance, and integration questions together with various stakeholders and develop robust, viable solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into architectural decisions, technical concepts, and actionable tickets.
• Identify technical risks early and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Actively contribute to backend, web, mobile, and integration solutions and personally oversee key implementations.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve the technical quality of our platform.
• Share technical responsibility for our platform with our existing Senior Engineer and actively share knowledge.
• Document technical decisions clearly and communicate them transparently.
