Chief of Staff

• Your focus will be clearly on B2B sales and strategic customer work: Sales presentations & pitch materials: creating and continuously improving persuasive presentations and sales decks for B2B client meetings — structured, data-driven, and to the point
• Key Account Management: maintaining and strategically expanding existing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• B2B pipeline development: identifying, contacting and qualifying potential corporate partners and customers
• Strategic analyses: market, competitor and customer analyses to inform the sales strategy
• Supporting the founders: assisting with client meetings, negotiations and the further development of our go-to-market approach
• Process optimization: reviewing and optimizing existing sales and account management processes
• Reporting: contributing to our KPI- and data-driven management system; preparing regular and ad-hoc reports

• Key Account Management: Betreuung und strategischer Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, Identifikation von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
• B2B-Pipeline-Entwicklung: Identifizierung, Ansprache und Qualifizierung potenzieller Unternehmenspartner und -kunden
