- Administration and customization of the ServiceNow platform
- Management of ServiceNow User roles and access control using CAC/Smartcard
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow Workflows and automations
- Integration of ServiceNow with external systems
- Application of updates and patches to ServiceNow
- Validation of security posture using DOD standards
- Designing disaster recovery processes for ServiceNow

Requirements
- eight (8) years of IT related experience
- ServiceNow platform administration and customization
- ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
- ServiceNow Workflow design and automation
- ServiceNow Integration with external systems
- Application of ServiceNow updates and patches
- Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
- Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
- Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
- Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
