Requirements

  • eight (8) years of IT related experience
  • ServiceNow platform administration and customization
  • ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
  • ServiceNow Workflow design and automation
  • ServiceNow Integration with external systems
  • Application of ServiceNow updates and patches
  • Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
  • Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
  • Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
  • Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
