• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Enjoy pouring over analytics and feedback to improve products and increase business value
• Have experience managing multiple teams collaborating on multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver product enhancements and new functionalities.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, translating technical details into business language and vice versa.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that all items are clearly described, prioritized, and understood by the development team.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks early and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment, especially when dealing with difficult or challenging team.

Product Owner III

Administrative Assistant

• Serve as a trusted steward of the headquarters by supporting leaders, safeguarding daily operations, and ensuring the rhythm of the realm remains steady.
• Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic, international, out-of-town conferences) and other travel related administrative duties and reporting.
• Process expense reports, accurately submit business-related expenses incurred by executives.
• Provide necessary documentation for reimbursement and credit card reports.
• Maintain office supply inventory, and routine organization.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
• Control access via the reception desk (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, welcome visitors and customers).
• Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects, work independently on delegated tasks.
• Keep the facility in “tour ready” state of cleanliness to include break rooms and kitchen (as needed).
• Be involved with company events. Keep calendars organized and assist with events.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
