About the role
- Work as part of a team helping clients solve complex compliance challenges
- Play a key role in the growth of the Compliance team and foster a culture of compliance
- Support project delivery, revenue generation, and business development activities
- Support the development of colleagues and encourage growth and learning
- Influence and develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver complex projects, manage risks, and provide compliance advice to financial-services clients
- Apply knowledge of the Dutch financial services market and leverage local business network
Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical experience in banking or consulting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing risks
- Experience in team collaboration and people development
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Understanding of the Dutch financial services market and strong business network in the Netherlands
- Entrepreneurial mindset to support team growth, project delivery, and revenue generation
- Integrity and ability to do the right thing for clients and team
- Ability to influence and develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
