About the role
- Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy targeting enterprise accounts across key verticals
- Build and optimise multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, intent signals) via HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo
- Define ICP segmentation and account prioritisation frameworks; monitor pipeline health and report to leadership weekly
- Partner with AEs and content/product marketing to align outbound motions and develop messaging for CHRO and VP Talent personas
- Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up
- Leverage LLM-powered tools (Clay AI, Make, or custom solutions) to build scalable, autonomous outbound pipelines
- Instrument agents with feedback loops and quality controls; ensure compliance with GDPR
- Evaluate emerging AI tooling and document agent architectures so workflows are reproducible and auditable
- Build dashboards in HubSpot or BI tooling for real-time pipeline and agent performance visibility
- Partner with Finance team members on data flows, attribution, and CRM hygiene; contribute to quarterly GTM planning
Requirements
- 3–6 years in outbound demand generation, BDR management, or sales development with measurable pipeline results
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation for sales or marketing workflows
- Deep HubSpot proficiency including sequences, workflows, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication, particularly for senior ICP targeted personas
- B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise ICP in the C-Suite space
- Familiarity with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2) and agentic AI frameworks / prompt engineering
- Experience with Beamery or competitive talent intelligence platforms
