About the role
- Establish and expand partnerships with brokerages within your territory
- Use tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person networking
- Maintain accurate sales data to inform process improvements
- Stay informed about new product and feature launches
- Track and analyze activity and sales metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years Voluntary Benefits/ Ancillary sales experience in a high-volume role
- Must hold a valid Life & Health license at time of application
- Experience selling dental, vision, life, disability, and/or supplemental health products
- Strong organizational skills combined with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within your assigned territory
