About the role

  • - Review and analyse financial and operational information of target companies preparing for a transaction, complemented by participation in management interviews.
  • - Lead and coordinate projects, collaborating with colleagues across other departments in Ireland and internationally to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
  • - Plan, prepare and review client deliverables including excel databooks, reports, presentations and discussion packs.
  • - Lead presentations and interactions with clients and key stakeholders throughout engagements.
  • - Liaise with legal and other professional advisers to support the successful completion of transactions.

Requirements

  • - Thorough working knowledge of transaction services or corporate finance activities.
  • - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant professional experience.
  • - Excellent analytical, IT and interpersonal abilities.
  • - Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability.
  • - Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders throughout a transaction.
  • - Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • - Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
  • - Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, data analytics tools and PowerPoint.
