About the role
- Write and publish attractive job postings
- Screen received CVs and send responses to all candidates
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and performance indicators
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand
- Organize and take part in recruitment events
- Manage the administrative follow-up of recruitment processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand recruitment needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment
- Participate in themed meetings (CSR, employer branding...)
- Travel expected to various BDL offices across Hauts-de-France
Requirements
- Studying in HR, management, or communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of office software and professional social networks
- Enthusiasm and creativity
- Positive attitude and adaptability
