About the role
- Lead the creation and structuring of the software integration division
- Manage, train, and support technical and project teams
- Define the integration offering, methodologies, and processes
- Act as the subject-matter expert for integrated solutions
- Contribute to the technical architecture of integration projects
- Oversee the development of connectors (APIs, automations, etc.)
- Ensure project management, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction
- Recruit and support the professional development of the team
Requirements
- Significant experience (minimum 5 to 7 years) in software or ERP solution integration
- Strong skills in: Python (development, scripting, automation)
- SQL (queries, modeling, optimization)
- APIs (REST, web services, system interconnection)
- Proven ability to lead complex integration projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage and unite a team
- Interest in SaaS solutions
