• Develop social-first branded video concepts and campaign ideas in response to RFPs and proactive opportunities
• Participate in brainstorms and shape creative strategy across video, social, talent, and platform ecosystems
• Create pitch materials including write-ups, scripts, treatments, storyboards, and visual references
• Present and pitch creative concepts to internal teams, agencies, and clients
• Translate client goals into culturally-relevant content ideas that feel native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
• Oversee creative execution post-sale to ensure the original vision carries through production and post

Video Creative – Part Time

Accounting Manager

• Own and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and intercompany functions.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors; lead audit preparation, manage inquiries, and ensure all schedules and documentation are delivered accurately and on time.
• Drive process improvement and systems optimization initiatives across accounting and finance operations, including automation and scalability efforts.
• Provide strategic financial insight and accounting expertise to support organizational initiatives and senior leadership decision-making.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team; establish clear goals, provide mentorship, and cultivate a culture of accountability.
• Manage treasury operations and intercompany workflows, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and business unit leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment on strategic priorities.
• Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration efforts as needed.

Director, Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
• Lead and execute the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytical reviews of the balance sheet and income statement.
• Manage treasury and intercompany workflows in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
• Identify and drive process improvements and systems optimization across accounting and finance operations, including resolving discrepancies.
• Support external audits by coordinating schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
• Partner with other departments to ensure alignment of financial data and support broader organizational initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives, contributing accounting expertise and ensuring financial implications are properly considered.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
