  • Drive Strategic Account Growth
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for priority IDNs and enterprise-level customers
  • Align engagement plans to complex buying committees and executive stakeholders
  • Activate tailored campaigns in collaboration with digital and product marketing teams
  • Support executive briefings, customer workshops, and national industry events
  • Advance Value-Based Partnerships
  • Support scalable programs that reinforce our strategic partnership across health systems
  • Help articulate and communicate measurable business impact to customer stakeholders
  • Capture insights and successes to strengthen enterprise growth strategies
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner and thought partner to sales executives to win despite large, complex deal cycles
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and digital teams to align messaging and activation
  • Bring field insights back to the organization to sharpen positioning and competitive readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in commercial marketing and sales within the healthcare industry
  • Strong experience with IDNs, GPOs, and the U.S. healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales processes and mapping complex buyer journeys
  • Working knowledge of Challenger sales and marketing principles
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based role with at least 40% travel
