About the role
- Develop and expand BD’s portfolio within the Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) segments
- Drive sales growth and market share for BD’s peripheral intervention portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively promote BD's medical devices
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share targets
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry
- Very good command of English, enabling confident daily communication
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare market and its dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
