About the role

  • Develop and expand BD’s portfolio within the Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) segments
  • Drive sales growth and market share for BD’s peripheral intervention portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively promote BD's medical devices
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share targets
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Very good command of English, enabling confident daily communication
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
