About the role
- Join in shaping the future of breast surgery and progress your career into a Territory Manager
- Work closely with Breast and Plastic Surgeons across public and private sectors
- Drive the adoption of a product transforming patient care worldwide
- Report to the Sales Manager, Breast, EMEA, with a dotted line to the UK Sales Organisation
- Co-create and implement the commercial strategy, including identifying key market players
- Define and implement an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts
- Support them in the trial and adoption of our products
- Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
- Contribute to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
- Collaborate with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
- Conduct competitive intelligence
- Manage the development of your territory via CRM, entering information daily
Requirements
- A successful track record in selling medical equipment in the operating room/surgical setting
- A growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with a product portfolio offering excellent prospects for improving patient care
- Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, listening, and collaboration/negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, digital tools, and standard office software
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more)
