About the role

  • Join in shaping the future of breast surgery and progress your career into a Territory Manager
  • Work closely with Breast and Plastic Surgeons across public and private sectors
  • Drive the adoption of a product transforming patient care worldwide
  • Report to the Sales Manager, Breast, EMEA, with a dotted line to the UK Sales Organisation
  • Co-create and implement the commercial strategy, including identifying key market players
  • Define and implement an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts
  • Support them in the trial and adoption of our products
  • Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
  • Contribute to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
  • Collaborate with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Manage the development of your territory via CRM, entering information daily

Requirements

  • A successful track record in selling medical equipment in the operating room/surgical setting
  • A growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with a product portfolio offering excellent prospects for improving patient care
  • Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, listening, and collaboration/negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, digital tools, and standard office software
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more)
