About the role

  • Partner with cross functional teams to deeply understand the Home Care business to effectively lead growth initiatives for the Home Care platform.
  • Key initiatives will include business transformation workstreams, commercial delivery models, commercial launches, process improvements, marketing technology initiatives, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Establish trusting and collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Expertise in portfolio management, project management, analytics, business practices, and strong communication skills is needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eight or more years of experience in portfolio management
  • Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through portfolio management which includes planning, prioritization, and business reporting.
  • Experience managing/supporting cross-functional projects in an iterative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
