About the role

  • Support BDI’s price activation processes through execution of letters of commitment.
  • Oversee commercial consumable sales contracts across the BD Interventional segment.
  • Ensure accurate execution of customer set-up and maintenance, group purchasing organization transitions, and local contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, operations pillars, and customers.
  • Manage and resolve high volume inquiries, leveraging automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience required
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields required
  • Strong Excel skills required, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and extract insights.
  • Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, and QlikView preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems including JDE, i5, SAP, and Vistex preferred.
