Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM platforms.
Display strong work experience in leading and delivering global platform solutions for Sales teams (e.g. SFDC Sales Cloud).
Deploy corresponding solutions for Data Management (Reltio, DataBricks, pBI) and drive seamless data flow and integration with CRM.
Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, and advanced analytics into Sales processes.
Serve as a product leader within SAFe Agile teams, providing clear priorities and business context.
Collaborate with technical architects and business stakeholders to design scalable, integrated solutions.
Establish KPIs and measure CRM products and Digital Solutions impact on business objectives.
Lead global teams and motivate and hire exceptional talent.
Communicate complex business challenges in a simplified manner and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles within commercial operations.
Proven experience with Sales / CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud).
Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodology and leading cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience influencing strategic technology roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
