About the role
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM platforms.
- Display strong work experience in leading and delivering global platform solutions for Sales teams (e.g. SFDC Sales Cloud).
- Deploy corresponding solutions for Data Management (Reltio, DataBricks, pBI) and drive seamless data flow and integration with CRM.
- Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, and advanced analytics into Sales processes.
- Serve as a product leader within SAFe Agile teams, providing clear priorities and business context.
- Collaborate with technical architects and business stakeholders to design scalable, integrated solutions.
- Establish KPIs and measure CRM products and Digital Solutions impact on business objectives.
- Lead global teams and motivate and hire exceptional talent.
- Communicate complex business challenges in a simplified manner and influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles within commercial operations.
- Proven experience with Sales / CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud).
- Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodology and leading cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience influencing strategic technology roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
