About the role

  • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
  • Help organize and maintain project documents, shared files, and trackers.
  • Support preparation of slide decks and summaries using internal data.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, schedule calls, and assist with agenda development.
  • Help maintain accurate records in internal Medical Affairs systems.
  • Support processing and tracking of invoices, budget entries, and documentation.
  • Assist with routing contracts, confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and other documents through established internal processes.
  • Maintain Medical Affairs standard operating procedures (SOPs) repository and version control support.
  • Assist as a point of contact for scheduling and document follow-up with external experts (KOLs), consultants, or associations under close guidance from the Medical Affairs Operations team.
  • Support compliance-aligned communication and documentation for external engagements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
  • Assist with data updates, reports, and routine operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Current student (undergraduate or graduate) or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
  • Interest in the medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.
  • Willingness to learn Medical Affairs processes, terminology, and systems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
