About the role
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
- Help organize and maintain project documents, shared files, and trackers.
- Support preparation of slide decks and summaries using internal data.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, schedule calls, and assist with agenda development.
- Help maintain accurate records in internal Medical Affairs systems.
- Support processing and tracking of invoices, budget entries, and documentation.
- Assist with routing contracts, confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and other documents through established internal processes.
- Maintain Medical Affairs standard operating procedures (SOPs) repository and version control support.
- Assist as a point of contact for scheduling and document follow-up with external experts (KOLs), consultants, or associations under close guidance from the Medical Affairs Operations team.
- Support compliance-aligned communication and documentation for external engagements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
- Assist with data updates, reports, and routine operational tasks.
Requirements
- Current student (undergraduate or graduate) or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
- Interest in the medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.
- Willingness to learn Medical Affairs processes, terminology, and systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
