About the role
- Provide customer support service on diagnostic instrumentation
- Respond to customer telephone inquiries by providing diagnostic assistance
- Follow up service on customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records on service tickets
- Complete service documentation as required
- Interface with advanced support specialists as needed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Two years of technical or military training in electronics or experience in a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computers/Biomedical Engineering preferred
- 3-4 years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Good working knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical devices
- Working knowledge of basic test equipment, networking setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with PC assembly, upgrades and repairs are highly desirable
- Medical devices and equipment knowledge highly desired
