About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers
  • Ensure seamless enrollment in Liberator’s supply program
  • Communicate the PureWick™ system's features and benefits to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems
  • Meet departmental targets for call volume, sales goals, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Experience with Salesforce and Brightree
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access
