About the role
- Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Identify new opportunities and increase penetration across all accounts
- Work with key decision makers to understand their needs and priorities
- Develop account plans to increase market share
- Provide input on strategic product development through interactions with customers
- Develop strong relationships with key distributor partners
- Maintain awareness of competitive environment and communicate market intelligence
- Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to promote products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of sales work experience in the life sciences industry
- Proven track record of increased responsibility and sales performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Valid driver’s license required, reliable transportation needed
