About the role

  • Assist with client onboarding to ensure optimal adoption of digital solutions
  • Maintain a proactive relationship to anticipate needs and prevent issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve solution usage and maximize value
  • Centralize client feedback and coordinate follow-up by collaborating with internal BD Rowa experts
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
  • Consult with clients on their needs, pilot upcoming innovations, and inform them about updates
  • Produce regular incident reports and evaluate customer satisfaction levels (NPS)

Requirements

  • Master's-level student (equivalent to Bac+4/Bac+5) in Quality, Project Management, Customer Relations, or Business/Commerce
  • Organized, methodical, with a strong interest in operational excellence and communication
  • Proficient in English for internal email and video communications
  • Comfortable with office tools (Microsoft Office) and CRM systems
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
