About the role
- Assist with client onboarding to ensure optimal adoption of digital solutions
- Maintain a proactive relationship to anticipate needs and prevent issues
- Identify opportunities to improve solution usage and maximize value
- Centralize client feedback and coordinate follow-up by collaborating with internal BD Rowa experts
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
- Consult with clients on their needs, pilot upcoming innovations, and inform them about updates
- Produce regular incident reports and evaluate customer satisfaction levels (NPS)
Requirements
- Master's-level student (equivalent to Bac+4/Bac+5) in Quality, Project Management, Customer Relations, or Business/Commerce
- Organized, methodical, with a strong interest in operational excellence and communication
- Proficient in English for internal email and video communications
- Comfortable with office tools (Microsoft Office) and CRM systems
- Team player with a proactive attitude
