About the role
- Promotion of selected products from MDS portfolio
- Develop strategies to grow business with long-term relationships
- Continuous analysis of sales activities in hospitals
- Promotion and delivery of effective product training
- Building business relationships within hospital accounts
- Manage in-service process as part of conversion
- Attend meetings and conferences to promote BD company image
Requirements
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
- Understanding of the Health Care Industry
- Basic tendering process knowledge at hospital level
- English – minimum intermediate level, Polish fluent
- Communication, influencing and presentation skills
- PC Skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with using Salesforce - is a plus
- Active driving license, able to travel for business.
