- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and reviewing applications

- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and compliance trackers

Requirements
- Rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
