About the role
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
- Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to create sales opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads using established frameworks and pass them to the sales team for conversion.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Account Management Support: Assist with administrative or operational tasks for existing accounts as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Accurately track activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and results to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in an outbound sales, business development, or lead generation role.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach; fluent professional English is required.
- Proficiency in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of prospecting techniques and lead qualification frameworks is preferred.
- A relentless hunter mindset with a passion for creating new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on quality customer service.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
