💰 $50,000 - $65,000 per year

About the role

  • Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
  • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
  • Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
  • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products
  • Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
  • Maintain knowledge of client travel policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience in VIP travel
  • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Strong skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
