About the role
- Fulfill incoming travel requests/inquiries accurately & efficiently via Sabre GDS
- Assist with group bookings, air/hotels, etc.
- Provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
- Manage location and large group movements
- Manage multiple complex itineraries
- Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
- Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
- Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
- Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control
Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Experience with travel industry systems (Sabre GDS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
