About the role

  • Support travelers in case of disruptions, changes, or rebookings during their journey
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and solutions aligned with client travel policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, offering expert assistance with complex travel issues
  • Provide information on industry regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) and travel-related policies
  • Share insights on fare rules, exchange costs, and penalties to help customers make informed decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience
  • Stay up to date with travel industry trends and developments relevant to the supported markets

Requirements

  • You have travel agent experience
  • Relevant skills in GDS (Sabre is preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and additional skills in German OR French OR Dutch
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
